Tenth Anniversary Celebration

Dear Dance Theatre Supporter:

On the evening of Saturday, November 7, friends like you will gather to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the founding of Dance Theatre of Lynchburg.

With doors opening at 7 pm, a variety of special activities are planned at the downtown studios. A ceremony at 8 pm will honor those who have served our organization through the years. Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be provided by Repast Catering, with select wines and beers available at a cash bar. A silent auction, historical artifacts and other unique displays will be featured. Most importantly, attendance at a pair of live dance performances in the studio theatre during the course of the evening is included for each guest.

Admission is $50 per person ($35 of which is tax-deductible as a contribution) or $100 per couple. Businesses and other groups are encouraged to purchase a "round" for $500, with seating together for eight and recognition from the dais and in the event program. Checks should be made payable to "Dance Theatre of Lynchburg" and sent to 722 Commerce Street / Lynchburg, Virginia 24504. Admission will be by guest list at the door.

Our capacity for the event is quite limited, so we encourage you to make reservations as early as possible.
