ENROLLMENT & TUITIONEnrollment. Every student must complete and submit a registration form each year before attending class. An annual registration fee of $25 is due upon registration. The registration fee is waived, however, for those choosing the full payment option. Potential students are welcome to attend a free trial class. Inquire at the front desk in order to receive a free trial class pass. Register Now!Student Guidelines & Orientation. Each student is required to follow the student guidelines which are available upon registration. The guidelines address attendance, studio etiquette, holidays, dress code, performance opportunities, and other school-related information. Students and families may be asked to attend an orientation prior to beginning classes. Tuition. Tuition may be paid in full at the beginning of the session or in nine equal monthly installments, each due by the first of each month (September through May). Monthly invoices will be sent to each customer as a courtesy. In order to ensure correct billing, any changes to an individual's enrollment should be made in consultation with the instructor and must be submitted to the box office as an add/drop form. 1 class weekly Tuition Payment of $45 / month
Financial Aid.* Reduced tuition rates may be available upon completion of a financial aid application. Financial aid is offered on a sliding scale as determined by the area median income guidelines. A simple one-page application is available at the box office. Discounts.* Dance Theatre of Lynchburg offers several tuition discounts. College students with a valid student ID receive a 25% tuition discount. Male participants receive a 50% tuition discount. Family members receive a 10% tuition discount. *Discounts may not be combined.
